Dee has represented 1000+ clients at the closing table. Uniquely qualified to address

She's a veteran of onsite new construction sales, residential resales, HUD and bank foreclosure properties, and light commercial development.
Dee is a Member of NAR-National Association of REALTORS®, IAR-Indiana Association of REALTORS® and MIBOR REALTORS Association®. Graduate of the Indiana REALTORS® Leadership Academy - IRLA, Member of the Residential Real Estate Council - RRC, Member and Past President of IREIBA-the Indiana Real Estate Independent Brokers Association and Past Executive Director. Dee is the Director and Instructor of NEW DAY Realty Training, an Indiana IREC approved CE Sponsor since 2018. She creates and conducts her own materials for Real Estate Continuing Education and PostLicensing courses. She's a certified REBAC® Instructor approved to teach NAR's Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA®) course and e-PRO® under CSRE Approved Providers and Training4RE.com.
Dee is a Member of the national Real Estate Educators Association - REEA, a C-DREI - Distinguished Real Estate Instructor-Candidate, Gold Certified Instructor - GSI, and a Certified Distance Education Instructor - CDEI
through ARELLO.
She's past active Member and previous Ambassador Chair for BAGI-Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis and Johnson County Council, National Association of Home Builders and Graduate of Builder's University. Past 10-year member of IRWA the International Right of Way Association and an IRWA Certified CLIMB Instructor.
An avid defender of the voice of the Independent Real Estate Brokers - she attends many conferences and educational events each year. She's a regular at the NAR November National Conference held throughout the USA. She actively involved in political issues that impact Hoosiers and Homeowners - in contact with her Local, State and National legislative representatives regularly. She makes the annual trek to visit in Washington DC with the NAR Legislative Conference and attends the IAR® Indiana Statehouse Visits. She's a contributor to RPAC, MIBOR REALTOR Foundation and the REALTORS Relief Fund.
Dee and her husband Reggie reside in Marion County, Franklin Township. She's Past President of the Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the Franklin Township Civic League, 2011 Franklin Township Citizen of the Year. Dee is a graduate of Southport High School and Lifetime Alumni.

In 2002 Anndee became one of Indiana's youngest Real Estate Broker Owners. She is a graduate of the 2004 Real Estate Academy of Leadership (R.E.A.L.) for the MIBOR REALTOR® Association and past RPAC Trustee.
Andee is a graduate of Beech Grove Schools, and a Delta Gamma Alumni. She has attended IUPUI and the University of Las Vegas. She earned her Associate Degree in Science in 2006, as a graduate of IVY Tech School of Nursing. Earned her Bachelors Degree, and has completed Masters Degree through WGU.
Anndee is a RN, Registered Nurse with Franciscan St Francis Health.
She's a Past President of the Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce, and past member of the Franklin Township Civic League. She is a Charter Member of IREIBA, the Indiana Real Estate Independent Brokers Association, where she served terms as Vice President and as Treasurer.
Anndee and her husband, Brad, have three children in Franklin Township Schools and a daughter in college.

Extensively trained in all facets of business management, she assists the Brokers, as needed.
A graduate of North Central High School, attended Indiana State University, and the University of Maryland-Asian Division, where she received her Associates in Business Management. She's a Sigma Kappa Alumni, and a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, with a double major in Business Management and Human Resources Management, and graduate of the Marian College BSN program. She's working on her Masters Degree through WGU.
Randi is a RN, Registered Nurse at Franciscan St Francis Health.
Randi is a resident of Franklin Township, her son attends Franklin Central High School and her daughter is a college graduate, too.
