CLOSING ASSISTANCE & PURCHASE PAPERWORK
$1,500 Negotiate Deal & Close • Complete Package
Limited Agent for Seller and/or Buyer • Mobile or Office
Negotiate price and terms, prepare all purchase paperwork, counter offers, arrange and facilitate appraisal process, facilitate inspections & inspection response re-negotiations, manage earnest money escrow funds, setup, handle & attend Closing as your Representative, maintain records as per law.
$750 Paperwork & Papertrail • Mini Service
Limited Agent for Seller and/or Buyer • Joint In-Office meeting
Prepare all purchase paperwork & disclosures, receive and forward earnest money escrow funds, maintain records as per law.
$350 Closing Assistance • Mini Service
Limited Agent for Buyer or Seller
Jump in at the last minute for a panicking Client and attempt to review settlement and/or mortgage documentation and explain, or hold hands and apply cold compress. (Just kidding!)
No additional charge if Client needs us to show up, look menancing and scary in an effort to intimidate the other side, instead.
• $75 Per Hour • Professional Billing Rate for all other misc services.
Professional Fees to be paid at Closing. Retainers may apply.
